Jianfeng Pharmaceutical passed the national high-tech enterprise accreditation

for the fourth time. Before , the Office of the National High-tech Enterprise Accreditation Management Leading Group announced the list of the first batch of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province 2017 , among which Jianfeng Pharmaceutical was listed, and obtained the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, the Department of Finance of Zhejiang Province, the State Taxation Bureau of Zhejiang Province, and the Local Taxation Bureau of Zhejiang Province ". This is also the fourth consecutive time that Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has passed the national high-tech enterprise certification since 2008 .

High-tech enterprise refers to the continuous research and development and the transformation of technological achievements in the high-tech field supported by the state, forming the core independent intellectual property rights of the enterprise, and carrying out business activities on this basis. Enterprises registered in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) for more than one year. The selection of high-tech enterprises is based on the core independent intellectual property rights, products or services belonging to the scope of high-tech fields, the proportion of enterprise scientific and technological talents, research and development costs, enterprise innovation ability, scientific and technological achievements transformation ability, growth indicators and other indicators for comprehensive scoring. The identification criteria are very strict. 2016 6 , the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation revised and issued the 2016 edition of the "Guidelines for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Accreditation", which made substantial changes to the accreditation conditions and other contents. In particular, the accreditation standards for the management of R & D and innovation of enterprises have been raised, and the "threshold" for the accreditation of high-tech enterprises has been greatly raised. To this end, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has prepared corresponding personnel, materials and systems in advance. According to the requirements of the new regulations, it has collected effective and accurate materials, extracted and written application materials, and laid a good foundation for one-time identification.

High-tech enterprise is a special qualification certification established by the state to support and encourage the development of high-tech enterprises, adjust the industrial structure and enhance the national economic competitiveness. It is currently the only national-level enterprise qualification certification. It occupies a very important strategic position in my country's economic development. It is recognized that enterprises generally have high growth and high economic benefits, which is an indispensable hard signboard for enterprises relying on science and technology. As a high-tech enterprise, it can enjoy certain preferential policies in tax reduction and exemption, special fund declaration, bidding, government procurement, etc. According to this confirmation, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical will enjoy the preferential income tax policy for high-tech enterprises within three years from 2017 (2017 1 1 to 2019 12 31 ), I .e. pay the enterprise income tax at the rate of 15% . This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. This series of lists is released by China Cement Network, an authoritative organization in China's cement industry. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
