"Made in China 2025 " clearly stated that it is necessary to "build a green factory to realize intensive factory building, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling and low-carbon energy", and required to build 1,000 green demonstration factories by 2020 . In the implementation Plan for the Construction of Industrial Green Manufacturing system in Hubei Province, it is also proposed to give policy support to the construction of green manufacturing system of enterprises, such as finance and taxation, credit, government procurement and so on.
