Daye Peak Starts Green Factory Creation Work

News According to the relevant requirements of "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Launching Green Manufacturing System Construction" and "Made in China 2025 ", Daye Peak Cement Company is actively carrying out green factory creation declaration and is currently preparing a self-evaluation report.

"Made in China 2025 " clearly stated that it is necessary to "build a green factory to realize intensive factory building, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling and low-carbon energy", and required to build 1,000 green demonstration factories by 2020 . In the implementation Plan for the Construction of Industrial Green Manufacturing system in Hubei Province, it is also proposed to give policy support to the construction of green manufacturing system of enterprises, such as finance and taxation, credit, government procurement and so on. At present, the cement industry is facing the pressure of serious overcapacity, while environmental constraints are also increasing, 2017 , air pollution prevention and peak production led to cement enterprises to stop kiln production increased, enterprise production greatly affected. In the face of the severe situation, the creation of green factories is an effective way and an important starting point to realize the transformation and upgrading of green cement manufacturing, and it is also an important guarantee for promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.

For this reason, Daye Peak is actively deploying the establishment of a green factory. Currently, a self-evaluation report is being prepared, and a third-party evaluation will be conducted in the future. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
