On Christmas Eve, Tonghui School, where my baby is located, planned an activity. After completing the first goal, their confidence was obviously greatly increased, and I further encouraged them in time: "Look, it's not that difficult, is it? We continue to work hard."
When the activity can be carried out normally, I think the children in the small class are more enthusiastic. Whenever I see the older "goal", I immediately say to the children in the high-level class: "Sister, you come here." At the end of the gathering time, he saw a lot of children downstairs. He took my hand and said, "there are so many children here. Let's find some more people to send our best wishes." This makes me feel that the children in the small class are more able to relax and participate in this activity with enthusiasm, while the children in the high-level class have their own ideas, and sometimes it is more difficult to participate in the process of achieving goals and communication. The same goes for the next day. After the
event, I also reflected. First of all, the overall atmosphere of the team has a great impact on individuals. In activities like 23 , the enthusiasm of the children in the small class is very high, which also infects the children in the high-level class, so that the children in the high-level class can better integrate into this activity. However, on the 31st of 24#, the three children in a small class and two high-level classes were affected by the children in the high-level class during the activity, and their enthusiasm was obviously reduced, and they did not dare to communicate with strangers. It can be seen that the atmosphere of our work and the circle of our life will have a subtle influence on ourselves. If we are in a team with more positive energy, we will become more active and hardworking; if we are in an atmosphere with more negative energy, we will also Slowly become pessimistic and passive.
Secondly, awakening a person's inner energy and allowing him to recognize a thing from the bottom of his heart is essential to completing it. Children in advanced classes may have different understandings of activities because they have their own ideas, so there will be some rejection in the process of activities. Although I have guided and encouraged them, the effect is still not ideal. To a certain extent, I can also understand their psychology. After all, to send blessings to a stranger, there may be psychological barriers, or they may not know how to speak. Of course, it is also possible that they refuse to communicate with strangers in this way. Therefore, I think that pure external forces still cannot support them to take the initiative to complete the activity goals. We are the same in our daily work and life. "Interest is the best teacher." The things we are interested in are definitely more proactive and easier to produce results. If we do it passively, the effect will be greatly reduced.
I think it is of great significance for the school to organize such activities. Our normal school education pays more attention to children's achievements and less attention to communication with others. However, a person's future achievements are more determined by EQ and adversity quotient than IQ.
