According to the instructions in the text message, employees can log in to the evaluation page through mobile phones or computers to quantitatively score the management team and cadres of the unit in terms of political quality, business performance, unity and cooperation, style and image, and put forward opinions and suggestions. Online assessments are conducted in an anonymous manner.

Compared with previous evaluation methods, online evaluation can involve more employees, reflecting greater democracy and objectivity. At the same time, after employees submit evaluation forms, the evaluation software can automatically count and calculate scores, thus greatly improving the efficiency of evaluation.

At the same time of online evaluation, the evaluation team will still convene evaluation meetings in each unit to conduct cadre debriefing and democratic evaluation, and put forward comprehensive evaluation opinions based on the summary analysis of online and offline evaluation results, and report to the evaluation leading group of the group company. The evaluation leading group of the group company will admonish the cadres in the form of collective conversation or individual conversation according to the final result.
