News 12# July 20 , according to the requirements of 2018 internal audit of intellectual property system, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory organized self-examination.
According to the internal audit plan, the members of the intellectual property team successively reviewed the classified clauses, rationalization proposals, packaging materials and equipment procurement contracts of Jinxi Factory. After making a preliminary understanding of the implementation of system documents and records, the internal auditors also visited the factory site and put forward rectification requirements for the system records of Jinxi Factory in a timely manner after the internal audit.
In order to further deepen employees' understanding of the importance of intellectual property rights and better conduct self-examination, 12 September 19 , the management personnel of the comprehensive preparation workshop conducted training on intellectual property related contents for the workshop employees in groups, mainly including on-site documents, understanding of record management, learning of foreign personnel management system, etc.
It is understood that in the near future, the powder needle workshop will also train the classified personnel, classified areas, classified documents and records in the intellectual property manual, and the management contents of foreign personnel entering and leaving the workshop, so as to better infiltrate the spirit of the intellectual property policy into the grass-roots level, enable all employees to participate in the production process of system implementation, and give full play to the creativity and enthusiasm of all employees.
