News 12# December 12 , Daye Peak Cement Company held a management review and comprehensive budget special meeting to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the management work in 2017 , on this basis, arrangements will be made for the preparation of the comprehensive budget for 2018 . Different from previous years, the budget preparation of the new year will be further closely integrated with the management system, focusing on solving practical problems and improving the overall management level.
This special topic will take one day. Combined with the actual operation of the four major management systems of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management, the five major systems of limestone crushing to raw material grinding, clinker firing, coal mill, cement packaging, and waste heat power generation (including total water reduction treatment) will be evaluated respectively. In combination with the audit contents of the management system in 2017 and the completion of production technical and economic indicators, each functional department shall identify, evaluate and control environmental factors (dust, noise and wastewater treatment), hazard source identification and risk evaluation (major hazard source reassessment, on-site operation improvement and remediation), product quality control, raw fuel material control, energy index and target analysis, etc, combined with the risks and opportunities brought by the changes in the external environment to the enterprise, make a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the system operation of each system, compare the operation standards of the management system to find out the existing problems, and on this basis, put forward a comprehensive improvement plan, implementation measures and management objectives and indicators, and then prepare the budget report for 2018 .
In order to ensure the more effective operation of the four major systems of environment, safety, occupational health and energy management, and to further fully integrate the management system and budget management, Daye Peak made a comprehensive evaluation of the management work before the budget preparation of 2018 , looked for gaps, used system standards to guide the formulation of various work objectives for the coming year, and finally defined the annual budget plan and implementation plan.
