The cable company also sent relevant technology, equipment and production personnel to the customer's factory twice to learn from the experience. Guo Zhijian, the monitor of the machine repair team, took part in the two studies. Although he was silent on weekdays, he had already made the idea of "stealing the teacher. Before the first departure, I had a comprehensive understanding of the idle equipment of the cable company. During the visit and study, I carefully considered the structure and performance of the other equipment, compared them, and determined the feasibility of equipment transformation. For the second time, further confirmation and communication were made, and the relevant data of the equipment were measured to ensure the accuracy after the transformation.
After a compact and sufficient demonstration, the renovation of the cable machine was carried out in full swing. For several machine mechanics in the workshop, the disassembly and assembly of idle machines were much more tiring than the installation and debugging of new machines. For a while, the machine broke down, for a while, the electrical cabinet tripped, for a while, and for a while there were parts that went wrong. The nerves of the masters were tested at any time.
The transformation of the pay-off frame and the determination of the mold size are the most critical links in this transformation. If there is no tension control of active pay-off, it is difficult to arrange the line pairs without jumping, and the mold size should be very accurate, so as to achieve the effect of positioning and shaping. If you want to buy an active pay-off rack, time and cost are both issues. Finally, the cable company uses the existing 26 head passive pay-off frame to control and adjust the tension to make it as uniform as possible, and uses the idle winding machine to ensure the roundness of the cable core.
When testing the machine, the problems were more obvious. The tension of the wire pair was uneven, the wire pair slipped out of the tension rod and was scratched. After the shutdown, the cable could not be effectively stopped, which led to the slack of the twisted wire... Problems followed one after another. In those days, the mechanic masters were all gray and oily all day, and they were busy back and forth. After many improvements and tests, a satisfactory sample was finally produced.
11 August 21 , the equipment renovation was finally completed, but it was less than half a month before the delivery date required by the customer. In order to ensure on-time delivery, the cable company held a special meeting to deploy the work tasks of various departments before delivery. The production department forced each process according to the construction period, and then deployed personnel according to the process arrangement. On the first day of formal production, the cable company also invited the customer's technical personnel to conduct on-site guidance.
In the following days, the cable company will mobilize the whole factory, with production personnel working 24 shifts, management personnel working at night, always paying attention to the production progress, and taking posts at any time in case of emergencies. In the past, most of the digital cabling posts were operated by one person, with 4 pairs of the following cables twisted. However, after the renovation, the central plastic pipe cabling post required two people to operate at the same time, with 25 pairs of the above cables twisted. The difficulty of the work increased and the manpower was obviously tense. According to the situation of each process, the workshop deployed personnel at any time to seize the progress. In order to ensure the stable operation of the machine, the eyes of the operators are always fixed on the machine and dare not relax for a moment. Such a high-intensity work, the day is good, the night shift is very difficult. To this end, the cable company prepared milk and snacks to increase nutrition for night shift personnel.
With the full cooperation of various departments, plates of colorful, round and bright central plastic tube type large logarithmic data cables successively walked off the production line. On the agreed delivery day of 12 April 3 , this batch of products were all produced and packaged according to the customer's requirements and ready for delivery.
