Peak Pharmaceutical Becomes National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise

As a result, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has become the first and only national intellectual property demonstration enterprise in Jinhua City.

12# November 12 , the State Intellectual Property Office issued a notice to announce the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and advantageous enterprises in 2017 . After enterprise declaration, recommendation by provincial and municipal bureaus, examination by national bureaus, and public announcement, 182 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and 816 national intellectual property advantage enterprises have been identified. Including Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, Zhejiang Province has been identified as a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise only 15 .

With the continuous development of enterprises in recent years, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has set up a special working organization to cultivate and enhance intellectual property capabilities in terms of strategic management, creation, operation and protection of intellectual property rights, it has successively compiled and implemented 27 procedural documents and 36 forms such as "Intellectual Property Management Manual", "Intellectual Property Reward and Punishment System" and "Trade Secret Management System", and revised them in time according to policies and the current situation of the enterprise to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the system operation. In 2012 and 2013 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical was successively rated as a patent demonstration enterprise in Jinhua City and Zhejiang Province. won the third prize of Jinhua Patent Implementation Award in 2013 ; passed the certification of intellectual property management system in 2016 and was identified as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise. At present, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has 140 domestic and foreign applications and 127 registered authorizations for various inventions, utility models and trademark intellectual property rights, including well-known trademarks in China, 2 well-known trademarks in Zhejiang Province and 5 well-known trademarks in Jinhua City. In terms of intellectual property operation, improvement of innovation efficiency, and promotion of property ownership and industrialization of innovation achievements, active attempts are also made.

Under normal circumstances, the construction of a national intellectual property advantage enterprise expires for three years, and only after the assessment reaches the standard can it be upgraded to a demonstration enterprise. However, it only took one year for Jianfeng Pharmaceutical to complete the leap from an "advantage enterprise" to a "demonstration enterprise. This indicates that the level of intellectual property creation, management, application and protection of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has entered a higher level. It is understood that Jianfeng Pharmaceutical has achieved excellent results in the annual assessment of national intellectual property advantage enterprises, which is an important reason for this "jump. Through the implementation of the national standard of "enterprise intellectual property management standard" and the cultivation of advantageous enterprises and demonstration enterprises, Jianfeng pharmaceutical has realized the advanced development of "improving the foundation of intellectual property management, cultivating intellectual property advantages and forming comprehensive competitive advantages". It can not only protect itself, but also avoid infringing on the rights and interests of other enterprises, It provides strong support for the economic transformation and upgrading of enterprises, improving quality and efficiency. According to the requirements of the documents of the State Intellectual Property Office, the construction period of the national intellectual property demonstration enterprise in 2017 is from 2017 12 to 2020 11 . During this period, local intellectual property management departments should, in accordance with relevant requirements and combined with actual work, explore the establishment of a distinctive enterprise cultivation policy system, further improve the overall plan for the cultivation of demonstration enterprises and advantageous enterprises in the region, and clarify the phased tasks of cultivation. Increase investment, guarantee special funds, gather expert resources and support measures, and strengthen targeted guidance, service, supervision and inspection of enterprise intellectual property work. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.
