In order to do a good job in financial work, improve work efficiency and simplify work procedures, the group company upgraded the original financial system. The new UFIDA system has many advantages in business: when consolidating reports, it can compile the required formulas and extract data more concisely and clearly; Aging analysis can set the aging independently, which is not limited to quarters or years, greatly improving the efficiency of making aging analysis tables. Financial business has been integrated, reducing some intermediate data transmission links and data errors. The construction of basic archives is more comprehensive and perfect, to lay a solid foundation for future business development, cost control system is more systematic, etc.
This training focuses on the general ledger business, expense reimbursement, enterprise statements and basic files, with the participation of financial personnel from all subordinate units of the group.
It is understood that the upgrade of the general ledger and report module of the financial system will be completed in 12 and will be launched on 2018 1 1 .
