What is the "Golden Tax Project"

In order to effectively prevent criminals from stealing, defrauding and evading state taxes by means of forgery, reselling, theft and false issuance of special invoices, the state has decided to introduce modern technical means to strengthen VAT collection management on the basis of physical anti-counterfeiting of paper special invoices.
