Therefore, Zhao Chunquan arranged personnel to add an operating platform to these processes, which is convenient for handling and safer. The on-line monitoring of alcohol agent in production has not been very stable. After a period of observation, Zhao Chunquan found that the reason was the vibration of the equipment, so they carried out technical transformation on the pipeline of the equipment, changing the fixed pipeline at the pipeline connection into a hose, reducing the vibration caused by the operation of the equipment, and the monitoring data were stable. The plant extraction workshop has also improved the dust removal facilities, changing the water film dust removal to bag dust removal, which not only improves the product recovery rate, but also reduces the burden of sewage treatment.
