This project re-plans and designs the process layout of each floor of the warehouse. The entire warehouse is divided into a bulk warehouse and a whole warehouse. Reinstall the hardware facilities and equipment such as shelf storage, sorting, review, air cooler, turnover box, etc. At the same time, the warehouse management system (WMS) software is connected with the original computer business management system (ERP ).

WMS system location management divides the warehouse into several management areas according to floors and warehouses in the system, and each area is divided into several locations according to channels, corresponding to unique location bar codes; According to the drug dosage form, specification, batch number and other attributes to reasonably allocate storage space, realize the tracking management of drugs; Through bar code management, warehouse storage and warehouse delivery are established, moving warehouse, inventory data, etc., processing and collecting data, can provide warehouse location information for warehouse goods according to the goods inventory, so that the warehouse goods inventory is more accurate, to ensure the warehouse into, sell, store reasonable. WMS is integrated with the ERP system, all-round docking of basic, incoming and outgoing, inventory and other data is realized. In daily operations, the ERP system issues system operation instructions such as inbound and outbound, and the WMS automatically issues system operation instructions such as inbound and outbound after receiving them through the system interface to complete the warehouse's purchase, sale and inventory management. WMS After completing the system operation instruction, the relevant information will be transmitted back to ERP through the system interface to realize synchronous data docking between the two sides, the whole process of drug storage and delivery is carried out through handheld computer terminals and electronic labels. The location management function and bar code management of

WMS solve the deficiency of the inventory management function of ERP in pharmaceutical companies, and carry out real-time data collection and quality traceability for the whole process. Using the electronic label location management function and using the electronic label to pick goods can automatically display information such as drug location and quantity, thus reducing the time for finding goods in the staff warehouse and improving the working efficiency of warehouse logistics; due to the automatic addressing function of WMS system for drug warehousing and outbound and the accurate positioning of electronic labels, the error rate in the warehousing and outbound operation process is reduced, the drug quality is ensured and the requirements of GSP are met, and at the same time, some hardware management of drug warehousing in pharmaceutical companies meets the storage hardware licensing standards of drug wholesale enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
