Jiang Guomin is an ordinary employee in the warehouse management class of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory. Jiang Guomin's daily work is very monotonous. According to the sales plan, different finished products in the warehouse are transported down, put away according to varieties, and wait for delivery. The packaging materials and raw and auxiliary materials sent by each unit shall be as few as one or two pieces, as many as several tons and dozens of tons. After 2008 years, with the substantial increase in the efficiency of the former Jiangnan Factory and the busy production, Jiang Guomin's workload has also increased significantly. Every time he moved the goods, even in winter, his work clothes were wet, let alone in summer, and there was no dry place from head to toe. 2015 6 , the former Jiangnan factory moved to Jinxi. instead of using flatbed trucks, the warehouse goods were transported with mechanized equipment such as forklifts, electric stackers and hydraulic trucks. These, Jiang Guomin had no contact with, let alone operation. In order to adapt himself to the new environment as soon as possible and master the skills of the stacker, as long as he finished the product and did not rest, he drove the stacker to practice again. It seems very simple to operate the stacker, as long as you stand on the truck and go up, down, left and right manually. At the beginning of the practice, he was still in a hurry and often sweating profusely. Everything comes to him who waits. In just one month, Jiang Guomin can skillfully operate and stack goods.

Whether he is busy or resting, Jiang Guomin is always paying attention to the outside situation. Once when cefmenoxime finished products were put into storage, he saw a large truck approaching the warehouse and immediately ran out to ask the driver what kind of goods it was. knowing that toluene had arrived, he hurriedly directed the driver to drive to the dangerous goods warehouse and arranged for the personnel to unload the goods before returning to his own work. He is a person who can't be idle. When he is free, he will go to each warehouse to check whether the goods are neatly stacked and whether the batch number is correct... Every afternoon when the goods are shipped, he also helps to load the car together. He feels that he is happiest because he is too busy to sit down.
