In the face of the sudden good news, many people hesitated. Some thought the price was expensive, some thought the house was small, and some thought the location was not good. People who want to buy have both joy and sorrow. The joy is that the sky is what people want, and the worry is where the money comes from. For college students who have not worked for a few years, it is not so easy to buy a house. Everyone has no money!

However, listening to "old people" when in trouble may enlighten you. At that time, Zhou Guangliang, the production manager of the cable company, said to me: "This is the welfare given to you by the group company, so that you can earn at least 20,000 yuan!" Another elder sister said: "Peak has never let employees suffer from all kinds of activities for so many years!" I suddenly moved and made up my mind to buy it. The question is, where can I borrow the money?

At this time, the group company extended its "warm hand" again. Let's prepare the down payment of 30% first, and then apply for the provident fund loan after the real estate certificate is completed. With a total price of more than 50,000 yuan and a down payment of more than 17,000 yuan for 30% , I am still worried. I really don't know where it came from. However, with God's help, Xu Zhiyi, the general manager of the cable company at that time, took the initiative to discuss with Li Qiang, chairman of the trade union, and lent me ,000 yuan in the name of the trade union. Two other colleagues heard that I wanted to buy a house and offered to lend me the money, which just made up the down payment. I was so moved that I was speechless and choked.

Although I had the idea of changing hands to earn the difference, I was reluctant to sell the house when I got it and lived in it. In this small comfort zone, I have my own happy life, get married and have children, and live and work in peace and contentment. Later, when the economic conditions improved, I changed to a larger house, but the price of this dwelling still soared with the market situation. When I changed hands, the price was already ten times that of the purchase! Now, although I have moved away for many years, I occasionally return to Tongyuan Community to see my old friends.
