News The maintenance safety control template compiled by the Security Management Office of the Group Company has been distributed to all units of the Company a few days ago and will be implemented from 2017 10# October .
The maintenance safety management template management method is based on the company's "Maintenance Safety Management System" and formats the contents of the maintenance safety management plan to form a unified template for the whole group. The template consists of three parts. The first part is a form. In the maintenance plan and organization stage, fill in the form for the implementation of relevant safety management matters, stipulate the prescribed procedures to be completed in the early stage such as safety coordination meeting, admission notification, inspection of maintenance safety tools, emergency material preparation, special operation classification, etc., and clarify and implement safety responsibilities through filling in the form. The second part is the safety management regulations during the maintenance stage, it stipulates the labor discipline at the maintenance site, matters needing attention in the use of various machines and tools, electricity regulations, prohibited items in special operations, protection and monitoring, etc., so as to strengthen the on-site safety management. The third part is the maintenance safety plan and supervision form. Through subdividing the maintenance items, the maintenance safety risk pre-analysis is carried out for each maintenance sub-item to determine the safety precautions to be taken, in addition, the security department has also designed a daily on-site inspection signature record column. The unified template of
stipulates that the safety control implementation plan shall be prepared before the planned maintenance, the maintenance safety management process shall be standardized, and the responsible persons at each stage shall be clearly defined. Each unit shall fill the actual contents of safety management into this template before carrying out maintenance, and hang the Safety Control Implementation Plan on the site after the maintenance starts, so as to facilitate the control of maintenance safety risks and facilitate the comparative inspection and supervision of safety control matters.
Once a safety accident occurs during equipment maintenance, it often causes serious harm and loss, so it has always been the focus of the company's safety management work. In the past, although each unit has formulated a maintenance safety system, the implementation is relatively arbitrary, there is a phenomenon that the system stays on paper and verbally, and the responsible person is often unclear when it comes to specific matters. In order to strengthen management, through the preparation of unified templates and kanban management, the safety management is integrated into the maintenance plan and specific maintenance tasks, which can make the maintenance safety management simple and controlled.
