Daye Peak Video Monitoring Project Officially Started

This project includes the control center, important production lines in the plant, important production posts, plant logistics management, image monitoring and digital video recording systems for all important access channels and other major entrances and exits, as well as reserved channels for future expansion. This system project adopts 2 sets of GS - C3 - AQ high temperature furnace flame monitoring industrial TV system, 13 network infrared IP HD ball machine, 75 network infrared IP HD gun machine to realize monitoring coverage of the entire cement line production range. With optical fiber and network cable as the transmission medium, the video signal collected from the front end is transmitted to the collection center through the optical fiber transceiver, and then collected to the centralized management center of the central control room through the switch. Through the software of the network video monitoring system, the video signal collected from the front end is switched by splicing a large screen, and the video signal collected from the front end is divided and displayed on the wall. At the same time, the control of the front-end camera monitoring point is realized. In addition, through the configured network hard disk video recorder for storage and network transmission, to facilitate future access to surveillance video data. The entire system set video capture, video display, front-end control, storage video. Network transmission as a whole, basically meet the modern plant on the cement line process production area and security monitoring.

The completion of the monitoring system can effectively display and monitor the safety prevention area of the factory, can record and trigger video for a long time, and provide management data and case evidence.
