9# October 25 - 10 April 27 in Jinhua Municipal Party School. I had the honor to participate in the training of young and middle-aged cadres in the autumn of 2017 organized by Jinhua Municipal Organization Department and Municipal Party School. The one-month party school study was a fresh and solemn experience for me. I not only systematically studied the party's theoretical knowledge and the latest spirit, but also participated in many discussions, studies and field investigations, which greatly improved my party spirit., There has been a new leap in thinking, and the level of theoretical knowledge has increased significantly.

During my study in the party school, it coincided with the party's "19th National Congress", which can be said to be of great significance. Especially in the party school, I watched the opening ceremony of the "19th National Congress" with many teachers and students, which made me feel a lot. Deeply study and understand the spirit of the "19th National Congress" of the Party. I would like to share with you some of my personal experiences based on the requirements of the 19th CPC National Congress and the contents of studying and training in the party school.

1. strengthen the cultivation of party spirit and enhance the theoretical level. The "19th National Congress" proposed that to adhere to the comprehensive and strict governance of the party, it is necessary to build a high-quality and professional team of party members and cadres. My first feeling of studying in the party school is that no matter which department each student comes from or how high a position he holds, he first treats himself as a student and makes it clear that he comes to the party school to study. Party schools are places where party members are trained in theoretical knowledge and party spirit. I saw that every student took each course seriously with enthusiasm, strictly abided by the "Eight Regulations" during the study period, strictly observed discipline, ate and lived in the party school, and formed a good atmosphere. As a party member, we should always maintain this attitude of learning and be strict with ourselves. In addition to constantly learning the party's theoretical knowledge, we should also constantly study professional skills, so as to meet the needs of the development of the new era.

2. improve learning ability and work level, to be "not satisfied". In addition to learning the party's theoretical knowledge, the party school also offers courses such as experience exchange, skill improvement and on-site research. Our main topic is to investigate the achievements of "five water co governance" and environmental remediation in Jindong District, through field research, analysis and summary, and then exchange and discussion. This form has improved and changed my communication ability and the way I think about problems. During the inspection, I was deeply impressed by the achievements of the "five water governance" and environmental improvement in Jindong District. Not only was the water clear and the environment beautiful, but also the industrial transformation and upgrading was achieved through innovative methods. Jindong District can be used as a model of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" and is worth learning from all over the country. What touches me even more is that the leaders and village secretaries who come into contact with us act decisively and pay attention to efficiency, and they often ask us, "How can we develop well in the future?" This makes me feel very touched: they are already a model for others to learn from, and they have to think about what they will do in the future and whether they can be better. This kind of spirit that does not satisfy the status quo and wants to go further is too worthy of our study. Think about the usual work, do I sometimes think I can do the required to do well, even if I can do better and more perfect, also won't do a little more? If everyone is not willing to do a little more, the enterprise will not go further, that is, "against the current boat, not to advance or retreat". Therefore, as an employee, a leader and an enterprise person, they all need this "unsatisfied" spirit.

3. not forget your first heart and shoulder the mission of being a medicine man. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the main social contradictions in China have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. Moreover, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposed to speed up the construction of an innovative country, develop the economy with high quality, and finally become a world-class manufacturing power. General Secretary Xi said that people's yearning for a better life is the goal of our efforts. The same is true for us as drug people. The slogan of our peak pharmaceutical industry is "to set up peak ambition and make high-quality medicine". This is our original intention and our mission. Through innovation and reform, changing the mode of development, increasing technological investment and other ways, we should seize the opportunity that the pharmaceutical industry is in a new round, persist in making high-quality drugs, and strive for the people to enjoy good drugs of high quality and low price.
