From the beginning of employment in the marketing department, as a functional department to assist the sales department to develop the market, from the exhibition preparation and implementation, publicity and planning and other outreach work, to the accommodation and transportation arrangements for travel personnel, it is more appropriate to describe "everything is fine. These look very inconspicuous details of the work, not only to have enough patience to communicate, coordinate and ponder, but also very careful proofreading, to consider all kinds of details. Most of the time, in order to present perfectly, it is necessary to confirm and modify repeatedly and do one thing repeatedly. I attribute my work to a "heart" to communicate.

I like my job, because I can get in touch with all kinds of creativity and design, and I will find beautiful things and surprises around me at any time, which makes me feel that I am the designer of this position. In order to reduce the cost and time of the company's design and drawing, I also studied visual creative design and architectural drawing. Now, these two skills have become part of my daily work, and all the content of the company's design creativity will be presented by my hands. This kind of work is challenging. In addition to the operation skills usually used, it is also necessary to combine many practical parameters and on-site experience of materials. Therefore, I will also have a time when my creativity is exhausted. Fortunately, I have a group of "generals" who have ideas in the market. They will give me a lot of more direct and effective feedback and opinions, which is very valuable to me. The work that only integrates one person's ideas will have flaws even if it is done well. I am very fortunate to have their collaborative power and cherish the help and guidance they bring me.

Although Tianjin is far away from the group, because of my work, I have a lot of intersections with the group. Last year, I was elected as a representative to participate in the 7th Trade Union Congress, and my name also appeared in the "Peak News" at regular intervals. He has also been rated as an excellent correspondent of "Peak News" many times.

To be honest, I am very grateful to the peak, because she has made me mature, tough and rational. What I see in the face of pressure is not obstacles and difficulties, but the motivation and methods to face and solve problems. I always believe a word: as long as we try our best to solve any thorny difficulties, there will always be unexpected gains. This belief makes me work very full and happy every day. The authors of many career planning books say that work is just like love. Three years is a cycle. Talking about marriage and choosing one thing, the "seven-year itch" is an obvious watershed. Although I have experienced these two stages, and many people have stopped and walked around me, I am still proud and calm to accompany the peak until now. Because of my choice and persistence, I have seen a mature self and a mature peak.

In September this year, Jiang Xiaomeng, chairman of the group company, came to the natural products company to guide the work and had a discussion with us. He taught me a profound lesson about the business philosophy and ideas of the enterprise-whether it is business opportunities or opportunities, it is always for people with ideas and actions. There are limited areas that a person can cover in his life, if you don't explore or learn, you will always be a "little white", and you may not be aware of the opportunity in front of you. I like this kind of encouragement and inspiration, which conveys not only the life direction and values of positive energy, but also the planning and reference for my future career. There is also such an example around me. For example, our general manager Liu Dan is a person who has ideas, actions and is always full of energy. He tells us how to treat our work carefully, attentively, thriftily and diligently. It is this kind of influence that makes me have great trust and sense of responsibility for spikes.
