In order to improve the production technology level of employees, recently, several colleagues and I went to Zhejiang Bluebird Communication Group to visit and study. Bluebird Communications Group focuses on a series of communication cable products, which are similar to our cable company, but their production equipment has certain differences, especially the cable forming machine: Bluebird uses a frame stranding machine, and the quality of the cable is obviously better than ours; The longitudinal package of the sheathing machine adopts a flat package, and the flatness and aluminum tape bonding effect are very good. We visited and pondered over how to improve the quality of the longitudinal package of our original ￠ 150 sheathing machine to avoid quality problems in production. After

came back, we studied and discussed again and decided to make some improvements to the operation of 150 sheathing machine. The ruffled edge of the cable will drag through the outer sheath skin during the construction of the pipeline, causing the cable to be damaged and unable to be used for air protection. Therefore, we purchased a hot melt adhesive machine for debugging and production before production. After use, the aluminum tape was firmly bonded and several longitudinal wrapping dies were adjusted to a straight line. The aluminum tape was pressed smoothly and the sheath surface was very smooth and round. Moreover, the cost of using hot sol is about 67 yuan /km. Compared with the previous use of hot air gun, the production cost is reduced, and the problem of wire pair breakdown caused by hot air gun is solved.

In addition, we also used the previously idle pay-off pressure wheel for compaction. After passing the pressure wheel, the cable core became flat, the stress degraded, and the cable distortion problem was basically solved.

There are still many aspects to be explored and improved in the production process, which requires us to continuously learn and summarize, not only to learn from our peers, but also to continuously recharge and learn, so as to make a summary of production once and prevent problems from recurring.
