As the market situation is particularly good this year and the production is in short supply, the overhaul time is also very tight. Each overhaul has a strict time node. Each task must be completed overtime as planned. Any negligence will affect the work progress. However, people are not as good as heaven. At the beginning of the overhaul, the heavy rain went underground intermittently for three days, bringing a lot of inconvenience to the overhaul.

The work plan has already been scheduled, how can it be delayed because of the weather? Under the leadership of the relevant department heads, the maintenance personnel wear rain gear and insist on shuttling back and forth at each maintenance point. At every meal point, when they go to the canteen to take off their raincoats, they can see their wet clothes and their faces are wet with sweat or rain. It's hard to repair on rainy days, and they are also very tired, but what I see on their faces is still the iconic smile as always.

Among these predecessors who are busy shuttling through the rain, there are Jinhua people who have traveled thousands of miles to Pu'er to explore new businesses, and Yunnan people who were born and bred. As the backbone of peak employees, they interpret the spirit of peak with practical actions on the road of hard work and hard work of the older generation of peak employees.
