According to the cement production process, we first came to the limestone mine at the peak of Daye. Several stretches of hilltop have been stripped of vegetation, and dark brown rocks are exposed, winding down layer by layer. Several large trucks shuttled back and forth, pouring limestone into the conveyor belt entrance. We have some doubts, why not according to the section of mining? Daye peak colleagues said, limestone ore is layered distribution, each layer of the composition content is different, fully mixed can be used as raw materials, to produce qualified products.

After a long conveyor belt, limestone is transported from the mine to a large "tent" in the factory area-the homogenization warehouse, and then ground and crushed together with clay and page stone to form the so-called "raw material". The raw material is heated to a certain temperature by the five-stage cyclone preheater, enters the decomposer, and then goes to the huge rotary kiln. After being baptized by the high temperature of 1000 , the raw material is slowly fused and gradually becomes clinker. In such a production process, all equipment is switched on and off by the central control.

Cement products are measured in "tons", while pharmaceuticals are measured in "grams. We joked that if the pharmaceutical industry is Jiangnan boudoir, cement is the big fellow in the north. According to introduction, after years of unremitting efforts, Daye Peak has established a relatively perfect management system, passed the second level of safety production standardization, and is currently preparing to upgrade to the first level standard from perfecting the safety system, improving employees' safety awareness, investigating hidden dangers in teams and groups, paying close attention to the daily management of teams and groups, from the identification of hazard sources, the operation of fixed details to the hierarchical control of safety risks. Dust, noise, and exhaust gas emissions, which are common problems in cement production enterprises, have also been basically rectified in Daye Peak, and environmental protection work has reached a new level.

After the inspection, the members of the inspection team expressed their opinions one after another, affirming Daye's achievements in safety and environmental protection. At the same time, they also put forward rectification opinions on some existing defects, such as the receipt and signature of protective articles to individuals in the department, reflective strips should be posted on the guiding iron link, etc. Perhaps, as everyone said, some defects will be ignored after a long time, checking each other is the best way to improve.
