Jianfeng Health has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the study of the freeze-drying process of Gastrodia elata. At present, it has developed a detailed industrialization process and successfully trial-produced several batches. It has made a major breakthrough in the freeze-drying process and applied for an invention patent "a microwave vacuum freeze-drying method of Gastrodia elata".

While developing the process, Jianfeng Health and the Municipal Drug Control Institute have carried out in-depth cooperation in the research of quality standards. The Municipal Drug Control Institute has fully studied the quality standards and testing methods of freeze-dried Gastrodia elata. The cooperation project between the two parties, "Research on Processing Technology and Quality Standards of Pan 'an Gastrodia elata Freeze-dried decoction pieces", has passed the project of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.
