In recent years, due to the decline in customer demand for large number of cables, the probability of production of small logarithmic cables with Φ 2500 cable machines has increased. When producing small logarithmic cables, Φ 2500 cable forming machine cannot meet the requirements of the payoff device of small cable extrusion equipment because the take-up reel is too large. Therefore, the production workshop must spend time and labor to rewind the cable to the Φ 1600 take-up reel before the reel can be installed on the pay-off rack of the sheathing process, resulting in reduced production efficiency.
If you can change the take-up reel, the problem will be solved. As a result, relevant department personnel immediately measured the relevant dimensions of the equipment. After inspection, it was found that the lifting height of the lifting platform of Φ 2500 cable forming machine could just meet the loading requirements of Φ 1600 tray. The cable company reworked a thimble according to the actual size of the equipment to lock the Φ 1600 tray and move the cable limit switch to a lower position. After simple technical transformation, Φ 2500 cable forming machine has become "Φ 1600 cable forming machine", which not only improves efficiency, but also reduces useless work. (lu chao-fang)
