Therefore, the production workshop must spend time and labor to rewind the cable to the Φ 1600 take-up reel before the reel can be installed on the pay-off rack of the sheathing process, resulting in reduced production efficiency.
If you can change the take-up reel, the problem will be solved. As a result, relevant department personnel immediately measured the relevant dimensions of the equipment. After inspection, it was found that the lifting height of the lifting platform of Φ 2500 cable forming machine could just meet the loading requirements of Φ 1600 tray. The cable company reworked a thimble according to the actual size of the equipment to lock the Φ 1600 tray and move the cable limit switch to a lower position.
