News 9# July 22 , Daye Peak Cement Company clinker shed technical renovation project officially broke ground.
The clinker shed is in the form of bolt ball grid steel structure. First, the clinker discharging point 1 of the original clinker warehouse is transported to the transfer station through the belt conveyor, lifted to the design height by the hoist of the transfer station, transported to the clinker shed by the conveyor belt conveyor, and then automatically stacked by the unloading trolley suspended on the steel structure roof. The bottom of the clinker shed is transported to the belt conveyor of the original clinker shed. The whole process is automatically stacked and reclaimed, and vehicles are not required to carry back and forth, thus reducing safety risks, environmental sanitation and losses. The built clinker shed is expected to be able to stack 46000 cubic meters of clinker, which will greatly increase the storage capacity of clinker and effectively alleviate many unfavorable factors caused by production and sales over the years.
The whole project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018 1 and put into use before the Spring Festival. (Luo Dengxiang)
