1981 In July, after graduating from Senior high school, I entered Jinhua Cement Factory, the predecessor of Jianfeng Group Company. At that time, high school students were still "cultural people". I was assigned to the factory infirmary and studied medicine from scratch. At that time, Dr. Xu Fukang, the director of the infirmary, became my first medical teacher.
Because I have no medical foundation, I have to learn from the doctors on duty every day. In my spare time, Dr. Xu Fukang explained to me the basic knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of patients who were treated on that day. He also lent me basic medical books and told me to read more in my spare time after work. I should learn more, listen more, read more and take notes frequently. He not only asked me to learn book knowledge well, but also taught me various basic clinical skills hand in hand, such as intramuscular injection, static injection, debridement, suture, bandaging, etc., and explained in detail the essentials and precautions of various operations. Take the simple intramuscular injection of buttocks as an example. On the surface, the operation is really simple. It is enough to inject the liquid medicine after the needle is inserted. However, in Dr. Xu's view, this seemingly simple thing also requires a solid foundation and a serious attitude. In addition to the necessary strict disinfection and "three checks and seven pairs", we should also master the skills not available in books, for example, the thumb and index finger of the left hand fix the injection site and tighten the skin, the right hand should pay attention to the front and back positions of the syringe, and the small thenar of the right palm should just hit the patient's hip while the needle vertically pierces the skin, which can disperse the pain of the patient. While pushing the liquid medicine slowly and uniformly, the left hand can also gently scratch around the injection site to distract the patient's attention and help them relax.
One day, aunt Hu chunxing, an old employee, came to the infirmary for an injection. she happened to meet dr Xu telling me the essentials of the injection. she offered to let me give her an injection. Seeing that I was a little timid, she also encouraged me to be bold and careful, apply what I have learned and not be nervous. In this way, I completed my first injection operation on aunt Hu chunxing. Looking back now, I am still grateful to Aunt Hu Chunxing. It is her encouragement and dedication that inspired me to continue to learn and grow in my future work.
After that, I systematically learned medical related knowledge and obtained the qualification of medical practitioner through self-study and going out to participate in training. In the peak of more than 30 years, I have also received the help and guidance of many leaders and colleagues in different periods, so that my experience and skills have been continuously enriched and improved. Although I do not take the position of practicing physician as my main job content, the work skills and work attitude learned from the older generation of peak employees such as Xu Fukang and Hu Chunxing are still the motivation and direction of my future work, which is worth remembering for life. They left their jobs because of their age, but their spirit of selfless dedication is still passed on from generation to generation, inspiring us to keep moving forward and achieve the great cause of "a century of peak.

The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
