According to the "Prospectus for Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds (Phase II) by Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as" Company "or" Issuer ") 2014 11 July 18 , the issuer has the right to decide whether to increase the coupon rate of the current bond at the end of the end of the term of the current bond. The annual coupon rate of the current bond for 3 years before the duration is 5.09% , and it will remain unchanged for 3 years before the duration of the bond. At the end of 3 of the duration of the current bond, the company will not adjust the coupon rate, I .e. the coupon rate will remain 5.09% , and will remain fixed for the subsequent duration of the current bond.
