The central air conditioner of Jinxi Factory is a relatively large energy-consuming equipment in summer. The original air conditioner was manually switched on and off, which consumes more electricity. According to the document requirements of "three reductions and three improvements", Jinxi Factory has carried out automatic transformation on the systematization of central air conditioning in the warehouse on the premise of meeting the drug GMP standard. After the transformation of the automatic control system is completed, the operation of all equipment in the central air conditioning system of the warehouse will start and stop automatically, and the water pump will also automatically convert frequency when running. The temperature control of the cool warehouse is more accurate and energy-saving than before.
In the next step, Jinxi Factory will also conduct data analysis on the automatic control system and transform other central air conditioners to further reduce consumption. (Li Yuan)
