The sudden snow disaster caused Daye's industries to wither for a while, but in our Daye Peak Factory, there was a lot of people and enthusiasm, and it seemed like two days outside the factory. In order to ensure that the ignition ceremony is held as scheduled, equipment installation is in the busiest and most intense stage. The refractory brick masonry in the kiln, kiln head cover, grate cooler castable pouring and other work are arranged very closely one by one. However, the outsourcing construction team has thrown out a lot of difficulties, such as equipment not in place, lack of manpower, etc. In short, the project cannot be completed on schedule. The company's leaders decided decisively that all the employees who had just returned from training would go to the battlefield to assist.

Not to mention the doubts expressed by the outsourcing construction team, the company leaders are actually not sure. We divided more than 20 people into two shifts, day shift and night shift, hanging, loading, Transportation, unloading, 24-hour continuous operation. The snow was getting heavier and heavier, and a thick layer of refractory brick packing box soon accumulated. The snowflakes on the safety helmet and overalls were too late to beat, but we really didn't feel cold. This kind of competition spirit also infected the outsourcing staff, the whole construction process is more smooth, the progress is also more than expected.
For ten nights, the kiln bricks were completed in advance and the castable construction was successfully completed. Our efficiency, our tenacity and our team have explained the peak spirit to the outsourcing units.

Today, Tao Yecheng is a member of the leading group of our Daye peak, Jiang Binhui has become an independent management cadre, and we, who were once young, have also grown into backbone employees. The factory area, which was still messy and crude when it was put into production, has now become a garden-like factory. Peak Cement, which is not famous in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, has become famous in Sanchu, and various economic indicators have become industry benchmarks.
