At the beginning of 2008 , our group of new Daye Peak employees who had just returned from Fuyang Peak training had not yet recovered from the New Year's celebration, and a rare heavy snow came everywhere. Before people have time to taste the scenery of "spring snow is full of air, touching the place like flowers", there is already a scene of "thousands of miles of ice" in front of them.

The sudden snow disaster caused Daye's industries to wither for a while, but in our Daye Peak Factory, there was a lot of people and enthusiasm, and it seemed like two days outside the factory. In order to ensure that the ignition ceremony is held as scheduled, equipment installation is in the busiest and most intense stage. The refractory brick masonry in the kiln, kiln head cover, grate cooler castable pouring and other work are arranged very closely one by one. However, the outsourcing construction team has thrown out a lot of difficulties, such as equipment not in place, lack of manpower, etc. In short, the project cannot be completed on schedule. The company's leaders decided decisively that all the employees who had just returned from training would go to the battlefield to assist.

nearly 700 tons of refractory bricks have to be moved into the kiln piece by piece by manpower, and they must also keep up with the speed of bricklaying. Not to mention the doubts expressed by the outsourcing construction team, the company leaders are actually not sure. But just in response to the saying, "It's a mule or a horse, pull it out and sneak around." Under the organization of the team leader Tao Yecheng, we did what we said. We divided more than 20 people into two shifts, day shift and night shift, hanging, loading, Transportation, unloading, 24-hour continuous operation. Muddy under the ground, snowflakes floating on the head. The rain boots were broken, and no one said a word; the fingers were worn out, and no one said a word; the bumps and bumps, no one said a word, everyone held their breath-must not affect the progress of bricklaying, no one wants to be in His hands drop the chain. The snow was getting heavier and heavier, and a thick layer of refractory brick packing box soon accumulated. The snowflakes on the safety helmet and overalls were too late to beat, but we really didn't feel cold. This kind of competition spirit also infected the outsourcing staff, the whole construction process is more smooth, the progress is also more than expected.

For ten nights, the kiln bricks were completed in advance and the castable construction was successfully completed. Our efficiency, our tenacity and our team have explained the peak spirit to the outsourcing units.

On the day of the ignition ceremony, the weather was beautiful and the snow cleared up. It was "Dongshan's favorite snow after sunshine, and Yinshan in the soft red light". When we guarded the peak fire from the Fuchun River to light the kiln fire, a solemn and solemn feeling arose spontaneously. Our "team leader" Tao Yecheng in the ice and snow to and fro busy ten days and nights, castable construction quality director Jiang Binhui tired when the rain boots were nail piercing embarrassment, snowy night when we move bricks... Ten years have passed in a flash, and we are about to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the peak start-up. Today, Tao Yecheng is a member of the leading group of our Daye peak, Jiang Binhui has become an independent management cadre, and we, who were once young, have also grown into backbone employees. The factory area, which was still messy and crude when it was put into production, has now become a garden-like factory. Peak Cement, which is not famous in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, has become famous in Sanchu, and various economic indicators have become industry benchmarks. What makes us even more proud is that the fire of the peak starts from here and is lit in Pu'er, Yunnan.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
