Xu Shuifa's many small novels and essays were selected into the middle school Chinese examination paper. In the afternoon, he shared his thoughts, creativity and experience in creating small novels from three aspects: material selection, conception and revision. He proposed that the creation of small novels should read more, practice more, understand more, try more, go out to communicate, and ask for advice modestly.

Before the formal start of the training, Xiang Chongping, deputy general manager of the group company, presented awards to outstanding correspondents of 2016 . He hoped that correspondents would enhance their news sensitivity, base themselves on the identity of enterprise correspondents, and dig out valuable news. Improve comprehensive cultural literacy and cognitive ability, improve writing level, and express their unique ideas through words; text is the most basic material in news writing.
