To tell the truth, our city telephone cable has always been connected by winding method. the connection with cold welding tongs started in July #. the operation has just started, while the brother team has been using it for many years and is skilled in technology. I think we will lose miserably. I also heard that some people can complete the welding of a joint in 5 seconds, watching themselves and their team members finish a joint in a few minutes, and their confidence dropped to freezing point.

General Manager Li Jinzhi heard about this and came to do ideological work for me. He said a lot of support and encouragement to me and told me why the tortoise won the rabbit in the story of the tortoise and rabbit race. Let me regard the competition as an exercise and lose the opportunity to exercise if I don't take part. After listening to Li zong's words, I immediately had confidence and told the team members that every joint should be connected according to the competition standard when working at ordinary times. every welding should be considered as a competition. the continuous connection made the blisters on my hands break again and again, but the welding speed gradually became faster and the quality also made great progress.

The competition has begun. The contestants must complete the welding of

7 wires of different specifications according to the specified time and procedures. Several contestants were nervous and their hands were shaking all the time. I told them not to be nervous and not to panic, but when they came round to themselves, their hands began to stop working. In the competition, I observed some welding techniques and tricks of other players, some of which were successful and some of which were failed, and some of which were blown through.

announced the results of the competition. although our class did not win the championship, we got a total score of third place and three individual items: tensile strength first, appearance flat first and speed first. this result is already good, and we are all very satisfied with it.

In fact, the results achieved are secondary. The most important thing is that through this competition, I have learned a lot, and I have also accumulated more experience for us to play a good quality level and the next competition. Our operation skills have reached a higher level. No matter how small the support is, it is also support.
