There was another accident in which the cylinder of the rotary kiln was worn through at the position of the retaining ring. As there is no filling material in the middle of the double retaining ring during the initial masonry of the kiln brick, materials and gas enter during long-term operation, causing the materials to scour and wear the cylinder with the rotation of the rotary kiln. Although the final problem was solved, it also left me a profound lesson. First of all, we must strengthen the study of equipment performance and technical specifications.
