There was another accident in which the cylinder of the rotary kiln was worn through at the position of the retaining ring. As there is no filling material in the middle of the double retaining ring during the initial masonry of the kiln brick, materials and gas enter during long-term operation, causing the materials to scour and wear the cylinder with the rotation of the rotary kiln. Although the final problem was solved, it also left me a profound lesson. First of all, we must strengthen the study of equipment performance and technical specifications. At the same time, we should learn more from the exchange of relevant information and experience, and treat everything seriously and rigorously.
These two accidents made me understand that as a manager, you should always keep in mind safety management and think about safety everywhere in your work.
