The positions are generally assistant to the president (director) of the enterprise research institute (research and development center, technology center). Through doctors and professors to carry out scientific research activities on the front line of enterprises, we can speed up the production and transformation of scientific research achievements of colleges and universities in Jinhua City, promote the tackling of technical problems of enterprises, and promote the establishment of closer cooperation between universities and enterprises and the sharing mechanism of scientific and technological achievements. The relevant municipal departments will organize the annual assessment of the scientific research activities and achievements of the temporary staff every year, and the municipal finance will bear the reward funds for the temporary staff, while the enterprises that receive the temporary staff will be given priority to the support of technical transformation, science and technology, talents and other projects.
