Time flies, suddenly looking back, I have accompanied Daye Peak for ten years. In the past ten years, it has grown all the way and gained all the way. Daye Peak has become a well-known cement company in Hubei Province from a construction site. With the tolerance and help of my colleagues, I have grown from a traditional electrician to a master of automation. Technician.

2007 8# October, my security cement factory went bankrupt, coinciding with daye peak recruitment, came to the recruitment office with uneasy mood. During the interview, I was nervous and worried. I was nervous that I had never experienced such a solemn scene before, and I was worried that the Daye Peak that was about to be built in the introduction was a modern cement company, which was obviously not the same thing as the place where I used to work, could I be admitted? Fortunately, the company leaders' approachable attitude and amiable face calmed me down a lot, and their encouragement filled me with confidence and successfully passed the interview.

9 April 10 , I came to Fuyang peak with my new colleagues with a vision for the future and began a professional training for 4 months. 11 After the professional knowledge examination, I followed Master Zhai to the electrics class for the actual operation examination. Master Zhai took out some devices and asked me to make positive and reverse control circuits and explain the circuit diagram. I was suddenly confused-I had never seen these things after working in the security cement factory for many years, and I didn't know what DI , DO , AI , AO ... In the following days, master Zhai and monitor Qian took pains to explain to me what these symbols mean one by one, the names, functions and applications of those new devices, instruments and instruments, and took me to the front of the control cabinet to analyze and explain them against the real objects and drawings. After their careful teaching, I quickly grew from an electrician in the traditional sense to a professional electrician who mastered automated production technology.

2008 5 April, Daye Peak was completed and put into production, and I served as the shift leader. Under the care and guidance of the leaders and the help of my colleagues, I worked while studying and gradually grew up. I remember that on the day of 6 10 of that year, I received a notice from the central control that the main motor of the raw material 2 mill started and stopped. I came to the high-pressure room with the drawings. Faced with the failure phenomenon that I had never dealt with before, I really had a black eye and didn't know where to start. Just when I was in a hurry, the leader came and gave me a "on-site training" with reference to the drawings: from where to check, what factors need to be considered, and what causes this kind of failure... With the help of his hands, I eliminated the failure in a short time. In the days that followed, as long as I had problems that I didn't understand or couldn't solve, the leaders always came to give advice and help at the right time. With the continuous accumulation of knowledge, my experience in dealing with electrical failures has also been enriched. From the initial "layman" of automated production, I have become an expert in dealing with failures quickly and independently.

Memories of the journey he has traveled in the past ten years, with success, joy, and of course loss and tears. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
