In the "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from Cement Industry" implemented on 3 1 , 2014 , the emission of sulfur dioxide (SO2 ) per standard cubic meter in cement production is required to be no higher than 200 mg, while the standard in economically developed regions such as Guangdong, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Hangzhou is no higher than 100 mg, some provinces that implement total emission control will control the emission requirements below 20 mg. The continuous stringent emission standards have brought great environmental pressure to the cement industry. Sulfide in cement production mainly comes from sulfur-containing raw materials such as coal, limestone and clay. At present, the mainstream desulfurization methods include wet desulfurization, dry desulfurization technology, ammonia desulfurization technology and compound desulfurization technology. The desulfurization project implemented by Daye Peak this time adopts limestone wet flue gas desulfurization process, which is currently the most widely used and mature standard desulfurization process technology in the world. The process uses cheap and easy-to-get limestone as a desulfurization absorbent, limestone is crushed and ground into powder and water mixed into an absorption slurry, in the absorption tower contact with the flue gas mixed, the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas and the calcium carbonate in the absorption slurry, the air drum into the chemical reaction is removed, the final reaction product is gypsum. The flue gas after desulfurization is removed by the mist eliminator and discharged into the chimney after warming up. The desulfurization gypsum slurry is dehydrated by the dewatering unit and recycled for cement grinding. The completion and operation of this project can not only effectively reduce the content of sulfur dioxide in flue gas, but also realize the partial self-sufficiency of desulfurization gypsum in cement grinding.
