Compared with previous maintenance, this maintenance has implemented a special person responsibility system for major maintenance projects, clarifying the key points of maintenance management for process, machinery and electrical specialties. Each major maintenance project has designated a special person to track, strengthen the quality acceptance of maintenance projects, prevent maintenance rework, and ensure good maintenance process control. The maintenance coordination meeting will be held on time at 4 : 30 every afternoon to make unified coordination arrangement and arrangement and strengthen communication and coordination among various operation points. During the maintenance, it was also the first time to try to carry out mechanized operations of firebrick demolition and cleaning, which effectively improved the construction efficiency.

Yunnan Jianfeng Comprehensive Department has also done a good job in the maintenance logistics support service. Innovation has also been made in the raw material batching scheme, breaking the original high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together and changing them to separate batching of high-grade and low-grade sandstones respectively, thus avoiding the disadvantage of easy material segregation in the process of high-grade and low-grade sandstones used together. At the same time, the original four-component batching is changed to five-component batching, so that low-alkali clinker can be freely switched, which is convenient for production organization and production cost.
