Compared with previous maintenance, this maintenance has implemented a special person responsibility system for major maintenance projects, clarifying the key points of maintenance management for process, machinery and electrical specialties. Each major maintenance project has designated a special person to track, strengthen the quality acceptance of maintenance projects, prevent maintenance rework, and ensure good maintenance process control. The maintenance coordination meeting will be held on time at 4 : 30 every afternoon to make unified coordination arrangement and arrangement and strengthen communication and coordination among various operation points.
