Compared with previous maintenance, this maintenance has implemented a special person responsibility system for major maintenance projects, clarifying the key points of maintenance management for process, machinery and electrical specialties. Each major maintenance project has designated a special person to track, strengthen the quality acceptance of maintenance projects, prevent maintenance rework, and ensure good maintenance process control.
