In order to further eliminate the potential safety hazards of the equipment and improve the effective operation rate of the kiln system, combined with the actual conditions of the equipment operation cycle and safety and environmental protection management, Yunnan Jianfeng organized this overhaul according to the principle of "safety first, quality first, and progress controlled, the main contents include replacement of some tertiary air ducts, technical renovation of clinker inclined zippers, replacement of raw mill hydraulic system and conveying chute, replacement of kiln supporting wheel, replacement of blades of coal vertical mill separator, maintenance of limestone crusher, replacement of refractory materials in kiln, etc.

Due to the large number of maintenance projects, heavy tasks and many cross-operation points, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the work, Yunnan Jianfeng reasonably formulated the maintenance plan, with General Manager Zhou Jiping as the maintenance commander, fully responsible for the development of various tasks during the maintenance period, unified arrangement and deployment of maintenance forces, and strictly in accordance with the principle of "six implementation" of maintenance, the production and manufacturing department carefully sorted out the spare parts and maintenance tools needed for the maintenance in advance, the purchasing department will purchase large materials such as refractory bricks, castable, kiln supporting wheel, clinker inclined zipper technical transformation equipment in place on time. Before the kiln was shut down, Yunnan Jianfeng also called on the main repair personnel and outsourcing construction teams to verify one by one for the preparation and schedule arrangement of the maintenance, so as to ensure the normal development of the work.

Compared with previous maintenance, this maintenance has implemented a special person responsibility system for major maintenance projects, clarifying the key points of maintenance management for process, machinery and electrical specialties. Each major maintenance project has designated a special person to track, strengthen the quality acceptance of maintenance projects, prevent maintenance rework, and ensure good maintenance process control. The maintenance coordination meeting will be held on time at 4 : 30 every afternoon to make unified coordination arrangement and arrangement and strengthen communication and coordination among various operation points. During the maintenance, it was also the first time to try to carry out mechanized operations of firebrick demolition and cleaning, which effectively improved the construction efficiency.

In view of the safety management during the maintenance period, Yunnan Peak has not only confirmed the safety of internal and external personnel involved in the maintenance in advance, but also set up a special safety inspection team to be responsible for the safety inspection of sub-regional and sub-projects on the maintenance site, strictly investigate the "three violations" and other behaviors on the site, strengthen the safety supervision on the maintenance site, and strictly implement the safety inspection rules and regulations, educate employees to consciously abide by safe operation procedures, civilized construction and standardized operation, and enhance the safety and autonomy awareness of maintenance personnel; Strengthen supervision and control from the aspects of safety knowledge publicity, power cut-off, hazardous operation approval, cross-operation and outsourcing maintenance safety to ensure the smooth progress of maintenance work.

Yunnan Jianfeng Comprehensive Department has also done a good job in the maintenance logistics support service. It not only sets up maintenance service stations on site, provides hot tea, bottled mineral water, etc., but also organizes personnel from logistics functional departments to participate in voluntary labor on site, providing strong logistics support for the inspectors.

At present, the maintenance work of Yunnan Jianfeng kiln system is progressing in an orderly manner, and the maintenance site is in good order. All maintenance teams are actively seizing time and progress, striving to complete the maintenance tasks with good quality and quantity as planned, so as to prepare for the normal development of production afterwards.
