After more than half a year of operation, there is no failure or damage to components.
2016 , Daye Peak installed a dust collector on the No.1 loading lane. Because the dust collector is installed on the loading lane, vibration is inevitably generated as the loading lane moves forward and backward, causing frequent failures due to damage of control elements in the control box with vibration. After communication with the factory and many on-site inspections, Daye Peak made improvements when installing dust collectors in the No. 2 loading lane. This improvement not only effectively solves the problem of secondary dust, but also ensures the stable operation of the dust collector and provides a clean working environment for the loader.
