In order not to affect the stability of the company's mill working conditions, in view of this situation, the Southern Peak Process Research Team decided to mix low-temperature clinker in the production of PO42.5 cement and higher-temperature clinker in the production of PC32.5R cement after discussion. In this way, the working condition of the mill is stabilized to a certain extent, and the temperature of the cement out of the mill is greatly reduced.
In terms of cement distribution control, Southern Peak strictly implements the warehouse inversion operation to prevent the occurrence of cement "distribution while warehouse inversion.
