I have been in the peak growth

When I first arrived at Jinxi Factory, I happened to catch up with the installation of the air distribution machine of the production line in the powder needle workshop. For the first time, I saw Bosch production equipment imported from Germany. I was a little curious: what is the difference between German equipment and domestic equipment? It was not until I saw the various components on the sub-machine that I suddenly realized that small components, after a simple combination like building blocks, became large components, during which I could not see a single screw. This makes people have to sigh the precision of German equipment, and it is no wonder that it will become a must-see "scenic spot" for guests to visit since then ". After the certification of
airflow line, I was assigned to work at the water station. At first, I thought that the water station was a peripheral job and could not be linked to my ideals, but after working for a few months, my thoughts changed. The quality of purified water and water for injection determines the quality of the product. A small water station, like a human heart, provides fresh "blood" for the entire workshop; the external air-conditioning system, also like a human lung, provides clean air for the interior of the workshop. In this position, I learned the structure and usage of purified water machine, injection water machine, steam generator and other equipment, which greatly improved my ability.
2016 3 , I came to the granulation position of solid preparations and finally got my wish to come to the front line of pharmaceutical production. Compared with the water station, the granulation post is extremely hard, with large dust and heavy physical work. But after a period of work, I gradually found that this is also an extremely important position. The so-called granulation is to fully mix the raw and auxiliary materials of drugs into granules, that is, the intermediate before tabletting. This is the beginning of the production process of solid preparations. Once problems occur, it will lead to the stagnation of the entire production line and cause great Economic loss. And this "problem" is likely to be a small difference in moisture content. I admire my masters, they always work hard, with a hundred percent sense of responsibility, full of sweat to face the daily work, but also silently bear the trouble I this novice, carefully teach me the essentials of operation, precautions ......
After a year of rotation, I returned to the initial internship place- QA a. It is a pity that most of the familiar faces during the internship have been changed. Although I have the "experience" of internship, I didn't realize my knowledge of work until I was on the dripping pill line QA . However, fortunately, sister Lang Minxiao, the master, took me, the rookie, to start a new journey. After a while, I found that QA is not just about supervising daily work, but more about communication and coordination. The relationship between QC , QA and workshop production positions is closely linked and affects each other. Any problem in any link will affect the final product quality. Therefore, communication in the process is very important. Especially when verification is to be done, the workshop should take samples in time, and the QC side should coordinate the testing time and do a good job of communication. What impressed me most was the annual review report that began at the end of 11 . It took a whole month to summarize the quality indicators of products for a whole year and sort out the trend of product quality.
Due to the need of work, I took the position of QA in solid preparation this year. I am still familiar with the environment and equipment. From a different perspective, I have seen more new things. Thanks to the good relationship between teachers and friends with all the teachers during the rotation here, I can communicate smoothly and do many things easily.
The short two years are the two years of my life role conversion and the two years of my rapid growth. But this is just the beginning. With the gradual understanding of work, I found that my ability is far from enough, and there are still many places to learn and improve. I really appreciate my colleagues, teachers and leaders for their guidance and teaching. The journey in the future is still very long. I believe that in the big family of the peak, I can learn more.
