Scientific and technological personnel account for more than 15% of the total number of employees of the enterprise, and the annual sales income of the enterprise is more than 500 yuan (of which the sales income of agricultural science and technology products and technical income account for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise), the annual funds used by the enterprise for agricultural science and technology research and development account for more than 2% of the total sales revenue of the enterprise. It presides over and undertakes scientific and technological projects at or above the county (city, district) level, and environmental protection meets the national standards.
