Jinxi Factory Piloted Transformation of Trap

News Recently, Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory selected several representative drainage points as energy-saving transformation pilots, and selected thermal traps suitable for the characteristics of existing pipelines and gas consumption for transformation comparison.

The steam pipe props of Jinxi Factory are characterized by long lines, many branches and large changes in steam consumption. The original float trap cannot meet the drainage requirements and will also cause energy waste and certain environmental pollution. After consultation by the manufacturer and technical comparison, Jinxi Factory decided to transform and compare some traps first. The diameter of the original DN25 steam trap hole is about 6 - 10mm, and the conservative estimated leakage of for pipeline drainage is 20 kg/h . After the transformation, the thermal power trap is no longer continuous spray steam, intermittent drainage can greatly reduce the amount of steam leakage.

It is understood that the next step Jinxi plant will be based on the collection of energy-saving data, try to use domestic economic thermal power trap for transformation, in order to reduce the cost of transformation, improve the cost of the transformation program. (Cheng Jun)

The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022. The data statistics are calculated based on the design production capacity and 310 days of annual operation. Jianfeng Group ranked 53rd with an annual design capacity of 3.627 million tons.
