Jinxi Factory Renovation Sewage Pool

Each workshop of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory has a separate sewage collection pool. If the treatment is not timely, the sewage in the pool will overflow and enter other pipelines. In response to this situation, the electrics class of Jinxi Factory reformed the sewage collection tank so that the sewage in the tank can automatically flow into the sewage treatment station.

At the beginning, the employees of the electrelectricity class used the liquid level sensor, but the effect was not obvious. After many attempts and discussions, the transformation scheme of double floating ball acid and alkali resistant liquid level control was finally selected. The principle of the control system is mainly related to the buoyancy of the sewage in the collection tank. When the sewage in the collection tank reaches the set liquid level, the buoyancy increases, the spring on the control circuit opens, the contact is closed, and the motor starts to run. On the contrary, when the sewage is discharged, the buoyancy is basically absent, and the weight of the float ball presses down the spring on the control circuit, the contact is disconnected, and the motor stops running.

Since the size and capacity of the sewage collection tank in each workshop are different, the distance between the two floating balls, the distance between the bottom floating ball and the drain outlet, the distance between the water inlet and the upper floating ball, and the pool water in the collection tank How many positions the pump starts to work, these data must be accurately measured. After repeated tests and continuous improvement by the electrical workers, the effect of this system is becoming more and more obvious, and it has now been applied to the sewage collection tank of the whole plant.
