The competition is played by a group of

2 people at the same time. The first group of people will play, one is a female old employee and the other is a male new employee. It is strange to say that the usual handy work did not work at the scene of the competition. I saw the old employee operating her hands and feet quickly, but if you look carefully, you can find that her hands are shaking, maybe her heart is also plopping. First, the plastic pipe is sleeved outside the single wire in advance, then the insulation skin at both ends of the single wire is peeled off to expose the copper wire, then the cold welding pliers are aligned with the positions of the two ends of the copper wire, and the copper wire is connected with a hard pressure several times, but there is a bulge. At this time, the sand skin must be rubbed several times until the appearance is smooth and free of burrs, but do not allow bubbles to form in the casing. Finally, a single wire connection is completed, continue to connect the next line...

stranded wire connection is more difficult than a single line, because in addition to the wiring to be smooth, but also pay attention to the spacing between the two single wire connectors, must meet the standard requirements, the distance can not be too large or too small, which will test the operator's eyesight and judgment at ordinary times. In addition to the wiring speed and the appearance quality of the line, the testing department also needs to test the tensile strength of each line, and only when it meets the standard can it be considered as truly qualified.

Look at the new employee's operation unhurriedly and carefully, and observe carefully. Although his operation skills are not very skilled, the appearance quality of the wiring is still good... Affected by this tense atmosphere, I stood on the side and pinched a sweat for them.

Finally, the competition of the first group of personnel was over, and my heart, which was about to jump out, gradually recovered to calm down. The following participants seemed to have some experience and were not so nervous. However, there was one participant who usually had the highest wiring frequency, but he connected bare copper wire and did not need to peel off insulation, the usual wiring skills, which were already very skilled in the past, did not work at all when he arrived on the field. He suddenly panicked and slowed down a lot. One connection was not good and another one was changed... The competition was the work he often did at work, but why was it always unsatisfactory when he arrived on the field? In fact, psychological quality was quite important, and solid skills were even more necessary, the result of the match was somewhat unexpected.

Life is like a game. It is unknown whether you win or lose. Maybe your wish may not come true, but as long as your heart is strong enough and hard enough, there will always be time to win. After this competition, the contestants also realized that their work skills are not as skilled as they thought, because the strong are more powerful, and only by constantly improving themselves can they be invincible.
