I joined Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in May this year, and now I have a preliminary understanding of the drug production process. Compared with laboratory experiments, the workshop drug production is more large-scale, the process control is more difficult, the reaction conditions are slightly extensive, and the unpredictability is stronger. This also led to laboratory experiments and industrial production distance. How to shorten the distance between the experiment and industrial production? This requires the production workshop and the laboratory to strengthen communication, mutual cooperation, data sharing. When there is a problem in production, the workshop can accurately feedback all the data, and the laboratory can simulate and systematically study according to the feedback data, find out the reasons and explore the solutions. If the workshop only gives the laboratory a result without corresponding data support, the laboratory can only find a needle in a haystack, which will not only waste a lot of time and resources, but also affect the judgment of the problem. Similarly, the laboratory should also actively communicate with production personnel, analyze in detail, extract useful information, carry out targeted experiments, and provide technical support for workshop production.
Therefore, the laboratory and the production workshop must meet each other and concentrate their efforts in order to shorten the distance between the laboratory and industrial production, truly solve the "production" problems in production, improve the ability to analyze and solve the causes of the problems, and finally achieve the purpose of more effectively ensuring the quality of drugs.
