In June this year, full of expectation and urgency, I started a trip to "Charming Xiangxi" that I said I would go as soon as I said it!
Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in yongding district of Zhangjiajie, with an altitude of 1518.6 meters and only 8 kilometers away from the urban area. It is named after its natural wonder Tianmen Cave. Tianmenshan cableway has a total length of 7455 meters and an elevation difference of 1279 meters. It is the longest cableway in the world and is taken from the urban area. The slope between stations is almost vertical, thrilling and exciting. Looking down from the cable car, you can have a panoramic view of the city, mountains, lakes and cliffs. Of course, the most eye-catching is the Panshan Highway, which is called "Tongtian Avenue". I saw it soaring up by the mountain, with 99 bends and tightly connected, layer upon layer, rushing straight into the sky against the mountain wall. It is worthy of being "the wonder of the first highway in the world". At the top left of the cableway station is the world's highest natural cave-Tianmen Cave, which is also the end of Tongtian Avenue.
Sitting on the cable car, I have been fascinated by the surrounding scenery. When I walk on the top of Tianmen Mountain with my feet on the ground, it is more like shuttling back and forth in the dream like the Wizard of Oz. Walking on the glass plank road, I can appreciate the majestic landscape poems and paintings. I completely forgot my fear of heights. Climb the ladder of level 999 , look up at Tianmen Cave, and feel the scenery of Xianshan. Take the 7 section through the mountain escalator, accompanied by colorful lighting accessories, as if entering the time tunnel. When we went down the mountain, we took an environmental sightseeing bus and experienced the magic and shock of Tongtian Avenue.
The outside of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area looks ugly, but when you take a sightseeing bus on the mountain road, a burst of fresh air comes head-on, making people involuntarily close their eyes and take a deep breath. It is really a "forest oxygen bar". When the "Hundred Dragon Ladder" was really displayed in front of me, it was really dumbfounded-the sightseeing elevator more than 300 meters high was like hanging on a cliff; independent peaks rose from the ground around it. This is the first time I have seen such a peculiar natural landscape in my life! What is even more amazing is that when the elevator gallops out of the shaft, the mountain peak that I originally looked up at can be seen. All visitors have only one interjection-"Wow!" This is one of Zhangjiajie's top ten "magic gathering". Walking out of the elevator station house on the top of the mountain, looking up from a distance, a fresh and natural pastoral landscape painting is shown in front of you like a mirage. That is the "sky garden" that everyone has been longing for for a long time.
Yuan Jiajie is the core landscape of Zhangjiajie's natural heritage. It can be called a step-by-step and charming scenery. The back garden, the Ecstasy Terrace, the first bridge in the world, the tortoise asking the sky, the suspended mountains of Pandora in Avatar... Standing on the viewing platform, the three thousand peaks are in full view, the steep stones are like heroes, the towering peaks are like brave men, the pine forest covers the top, and the clouds cover the fog, which makes people dazzled. Not only the soul is fascinated, but the soul is also lost in the valley.
